What are your working hours?

That depends on which of our establishments you’re visiting. At Bayview Village, we’re open from 10 am to 9 pm, Monday through Friday. Saturdays, we’re open from 9:30 am until 6 pm. Sunday, you can visit between 12 pm and 5 pm. At Hudson’s Bay in Queen Street, we open Monday through Friday at 10 am, closing at 7 pm. Saturdays we open at 9:30 am, closing at 5:30 pm. We don’t open on Sundays at this location.

What does "The Royal Treatment" include?

The Royal Treatment, one of the most popular options with our clients, is a deluxe, two-part grooming experience. First, clients receive a full haircut and a straight razor shave, followed by mini hand-detailing. Next up is a relaxing scalp and temple massage. The second part of the Royal Treatment comes two weeks later when customers can come in for a touch-up. It’s a full-service grooming package fit for a king.
